Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by contacting us with photo evidence and your Order ID (you will find this inside the Order receipt in your email) within 7 days after the product has been received and returned within 14 days or you forfeit any chance of replacement at our expense. In that case, you have to make a fresh order on our shop www.evangelmerch.us/shop/
LOST IN TRANSIT PACKAGES
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
However, if you do not claim after 14 days from the estimated delivery date, you are automatically disqualified from making further claims and will forfeit a replacement.
If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report as soon as you notice this, with photo evidence of the misprinted/damaged/defective products, your order ID, and return it to the address on the delivery package or any of the addresses listed below:

FOR CUSTOMERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

Send to the facility listed on the package or any of the facility address nearest to you within 14 days. REMEMBER, WE ONLY ACCOMMODATE CLAIMS FOR misprinted/damaged/defective products. You must contact us FIRST within 7 days of receiving the order with photo evidence of the misprinted/damaged/defective products.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you (if and as applicable).
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for size exchanges are to be offered at your expense or simply place a new order here at www.evangelmerch.us/shop/ at your expense for a product in another size.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
