Yes. If the product is misprinted/damaged/defective, you must contact us first with your Order ID and clear photos of the product within 7 days of receiving the product. You must return the product to one of our facilities in the US or Canada within 14 days of receiving the product or you forfeit a free replacement. See our return policy for more information.
